Day 01: Dehradun Arrival

• Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station our in-formed driver cum guide will receive you and transfer you to our luxurious hotel for complimentary stay. Dinner and breakfast is included at the day of arrival. Spend the day to relax after smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting tomorrow.

Day 02: Dehradun to Yamunotri

• 06:00 AM Departure Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun (By Helicopter)
  06:30 AM Arrival Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri
  Our Co-ordinator will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun from where we will fly for Yamunotri. You are advised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional chardham yatra.
  Enter the land of lords!
  Upon arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri), you are welcomed by our handlers; they will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel.
  Relish a fresh breakfast and leave for darshan in palki to Yamunotri temple which is around 5 km trek. Enjoy your palki ride with the glory of nature!
  After divine darshan you’ll return to hotel by lunch time. Have your lunch and spend few hours of relax. In Evening pay a visit to ancient Shani Temple nearby and spend the night at your hotel, after having dinner.
  

• 07:45 AM Departure Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri (By Helicopter)
  08:30 AM Arrival Harsil Helipad, Gangotri
  Enter the most beautiful valleys in Uttarakhand, called the mini Switzerland, Gangotri.
  Our handlers will take you to the nearby Luxurious hotel. After an Early morning breakfast, you’ll leave for Gangotri temple VIP darshan in Cab which is 20 kms away from hotel.
  Tune yourself to the high altitude and enjoy the picturesque paradise on earth; Gangotri Dham.
  You’ll get all the basic and leisure facilities such as a premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian food, Short walks and local sightseeing around the beautiful unexplored valley.
  Your second day of chardham yatra package by helicopter ends with a freshly pre-pared dinner and an evening bonfire before falling asleep.
  After an early morning breakfast, you’ll leave for Kedarnath.
  As we leave directly from Gangotri to Kedarnath, recommend you to have breakfast in Gangotri for sure because we will leave directly for temple first.

• 09:00 AM Departure Harsil Helipad, Gangotri (By Helicopter)
  09:30 AM Arrival Kedarnath Helipad
  Welcome to the mountain of amalgam of spirituality.
  Natural peace, religious zest and snow capped peaks of kedarnath dham will enchant your heart and making it most heritage site among all Chardham.
  You will arrive at Guptkashi/phata helipad from Gangotri, after changing the chop-per you’ll fly for Kedarnath which is 10 minutes flying from Guptkashi.
  We may have to wait sometime for 10 minutes to 3 hours during chopper change.
  As you reach the kedarnath, You will witness the beauty of changing colors in the sky.
  Your stay is arranged at Kedarnath , After darshan we will take you to the Hotel.
  Our handlers and Pandit ji shall take you for Abhishek in the evening/night for darshan and Abhishek.
  You can have darshan at any time on your own also.
  Another day of your char-dham yatra tour ends in the land of kedar with delicious dinner. Sleep snug to energize yourself for another beautiful day.

• 10:00 AM Departure Kedarnath Helipad (By Helicopter)
  10:45 AM Arrival Badrinath Helipad
  Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath.
  On the fourth day of your chardham package itinerary, you’ll be heading to Badrinath and on the way you’ll see the deep valleys and majestic view of lofty Himalayas.
  Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, Our handlers will transfer you to the Hotel where you can relish your lunch and pay visit to Badri Narayan VIP darshan.
  In morning our handler will take you for Abhishek puja at temple.
  Or
  Our handler will take you for temple in evening for vishnusahasarnampath.
  In the evening, spend a leisurely hours in the Manna Village which is near to religious site of Badrinath.
  End your day with the comfortable stay and delectable dinner at your hotel.
  Make the best out of your religious yatra holiday by cherishing the darshan of the Shringar of the narayana from close quarters.
  

• After breakfast leave for Phata( Khumera) for Overnight Stay at Hotel.

• Any other item not specified in ‘Price includes’.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water, etc.
• Any activity not mentioned in the inclusions
• Travel insurance & Expenses of personal nature etc.
• Anything not mentioned above.
• Any Sightseeing Which Is Not Mentioned In Above Program.
• Food & transport in case of any delay due to weather or unforeseen reason.

Guidelines for Passengers :

• Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guest will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
• Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. At any cost we won’t allow passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard rule for Aviation.
• All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
• Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trolleys are not strictly not allowed.
• Our 3 Helicopters fly on same day for Chard ham yatra by helicopter. We may adjust passengers acc. to their body weight.
• If individual body weight exceeds 80 KG, Extra charges will be applicable at Kedarnath Shuttle.
• Property at Yamunotri is basic but bests in the region as it is remote area and rest all properties are 3 to 4 star categories.
• Total passengers weight should not be more than 430 Kgs.

Terms & Conditions :

• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 2 years are carried free of charge, in case of dispute birth certificate can prevail.
• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
• TRAVELOI HOLIDAY INDIA PVT LTDreserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions.
• Any extra night stay due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
• Full amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to date of journey.
• In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons. In this scenario company will still try to visit the all dham by extending the timeframe. Company will do all the dhams on the next day if weather condition will be poor whole day.
• Any Extra Night due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
• Rescheduling of booking can be done prior to 7 days of journey date and is subject to availability with 20% extra charges. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled. By Any chance passenger won’t be able to do any do dham or ek dham then proportionate money will be transfer their account.

Payment Policy :

• 60 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
• 15 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
• 07 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
• Important :The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 25 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Policy :

• 120-30 Days Minimum Deposit amount INR 15,000 or 25% whichever is high.
• 30-21 Days – 50% Package Cost.
• 20-0 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
• Important :The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 25 days before date of departure.

Refund Policy :

• Refund amount will be processed within 25 business days.
• Payment will refund from Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd account.

Refund Policy :

• After booking any tour you will get booking confirmation voucher wiht in 24 hrs.
• If prefeerd slots are booked / unavailabe , we sechdule an alternate according to customer prefrence and send cofirmation via email.
• Alternatively customer can choose to cancel their booking before the confirmation and full amount will be refund.
